• Other electronically delivered products or services
Because these items are delivered electronically and/or made accessible immediately after purchase, they are deemed non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Custom GPTs and AI-Based Products
Purchases of Custom GPTs, GPT templates, prompt systems, AI-assisted resources, AI-generated assets, and related digital tools are non-refundable once access has been provided or delivery has occurred.
Due to the nature of AI and digital access products, results may vary based on user inputs, implementation, intended use, platform changes, and third-party systems. For this reason, purchase of these products is for access to the product itself, not for any guaranteed outcome, performance result, business result, or earnings claim.
3. Delivery and Access
All products sold through our Site are delivered digitally. Delivery may occur by one or more of the following methods:
• downloadable files
• email delivery
• member portal access
• account access
• shared links

• Custom GPT access instructions
• other electronic delivery methods
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure you can receive emails, access download links, and use compatible software, devices, browsers, or platforms necessary to access the product.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, sharing, resale, or redistribution may result in immediate termination of access, revocation of license, and further action as permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, products, materials, frameworks, templates, Custom GPTs, prompt systems, copy, branding, and related resources sold or made available through our Site remain our intellectual property, or the intellectual property of the applicable rights holder, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property. It only grants a limited license to use the purchased product in accordance with the terms stated on the Site and in this policy.

We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, level of performance, earnings, conversions, business growth, marketing improvement, interview result, job placement, or other outcome from the use of our products or services.

Your use of third-party tools or platforms is subject to that provider’s own terms, conditions, and policies.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from our Site, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before filing a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback after receiving access to a digital product, downloadable asset, Custom GPT, or other digital service, without first contacting us for support or resolution, may be considered a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to provide this Refund Policy, proof of access, proof of download, proof of delivery, account records, communications, and related purchase documentation in response to any chargeback or dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke current and future access to our products, services, accounts, portals, downloads, and support.
12. Cancellations
Because digital products are generally delivered immediately, orders cannot typically be canceled once placed.
If you purchased a recurring subscription or membership, any cancellation rights will be governed by the specific subscription terms stated on the applicable product or checkout page.
Canceling a subscription, if applicable, will stop future renewals only and will not create a refund for prior charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
